Property Link Morocco was not built in a boardroom. It was built in the field — through two decades of navigating Morocco's property market firsthand, encountering its complexities, overcoming its challenges, and developing the relationships that make the difference between a failed deal and a successful one.
Our founding team brings together over 50 years of combined experience across Moroccan land acquisition, UK property investment, and on-the-ground operations in northern Morocco. Between us, we have encountered fraudulent transactions, restructured distressed deals, assisted investors in avoiding catastrophic mistakes, and successfully guided Birmingham and UK-based investors through full relocations to Morocco.
We did not enter this market as outsiders looking in. We entered it as investors ourselves — and we built Property Link Morocco because we knew there had to be a better way for serious UK investors to access it.

WHY WE EXIST
The Moroccan land market is one of the most promising emerging investment landscapes in North Africa. It is also one of the most difficult to navigate without trusted local knowledge.
Legal complexity, language barriers, unreliable intermediaries, and a lack of transparency have cost foreign investors time, money, and opportunity for years. We have seen it happen. In some cases, we have lived it ourselves.

Adam Shah has spent 25 years operating in the Moroccan property market, acquiring commercial land, navigating complex legal processes, and guiding UK investors through some of the most challenging transactions in the region. Having personally overseen in excess of £10 million in Moroccan land acquisitions, Adam founded Property Link Morocco to give serious investors the trusted, experienced partner he wished he'd had when he started.
Khalid Ezzayani — Head of Aquisitions
Born and raised in northern Morocco, Khalid brings an unparalleled depth of local knowledge to every client engagement. With a lifetime of relationships built across the Tangier, Asilah, and Larache corridor, Khalid provides direct access to off-market land opportunities that simply cannot be found through conventional channels. He is our eyes, ears, and trusted representative on the ground.
